GSL-1500X-50RTP is a CE certified slide-able tube furnace that utilizes 44mm ID x304.8 mm (12") L  mullite or quartz tubes (one end closed). The maximum working temperature for this furnace is 1500ºC. One pair of sliding rail is installed on bottom of furnace for manually moving it from one side to the other. Sliding this furnace allows it to achieve fast heating and cooling (details in the chart below). For the fastest heating, you can insert a mullite processing tube into the pre-heated furnace at the desired temperature. For the fast cooling, you can remove the tube from the hot furnace chamber and use forced air cooling. The heating and cooling rates can be much higher under vacuum or inert gases. It is ideal furnace for rapid thermal processing at the lowest cost.
